Tunnels isn’t inside Hāʻena State Park. The park’s boundary on OpenStreetMap ends west of it, at Kēʻē Beach, and the State’s Go Hāʻena reservations are for the park. We haven’t confirmed parking rules at Tunnels in person yet.
